Postage
How Our P&P Works
It's actually really simple !
Every product has a weight shown in it's description, based on the actual weight plus an allowance for packaging materials etc. Add up the weights of everything you're ordering, and the P&P is as shown on the tables below.
When you checkout, our shopping cart will correctly calculate postage based on the total weight, your location and the shipping method.
Before checking out, you can go to your cart, enter your country & postcode (or Zip code), and click the "Get Estimate" button to see the postage cost for the items you've added so far.
Please note that to protect both you and us from fraud we will normally only ship to the address your credit or debit card is registered to. If you would like to have delivery to an alternative address, please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page on our website to give us the details. We will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept your request, based on factors including your previous order history, the value of the order and whether the alternative address requested can be validated.
Shipping to UK Addresses
The table below shows the shipping cost for the various weight bands to UK addresses. All costs include VAT at 20%.

Royal Mail
We pride ourselves on our speed of despatch; orders paid for before approx 8pm will normally be posted the following working day.
Where you select Royal Mail as the shipping method, small and thin items will be sent as First Class Large Letters, all other items will be sent using Royal Mail's "Tracked" service..
APC Courier Delivery
Courier orders placed before noon on a weekday will normally be collected that day. Orders placed after noon and at weekends will be collected the following working day.
APC are generally highly reliable, and will deliver the following working day unless you are seriously out in the boondocks ! Someone will need to be in to sign for your order.
Because APC apply surcharges to parts of the UK other than England, Wales and Lowland Scotland, we reserve the right to send orders to other parts of the UK (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man etc) by the nearest equivalent Royal Mail or Parcelforce method.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed
Ideal if you want your order delivered on Saturday (for example because no-one is in to sign for a courier delivery on weekdays). Orders need to be confirmed by 10am on the Friday for delivery that Saturday. This service is available to most mainland areas of the UK, but not Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland.
Shipping to International Addresses
For international shipping prices, each country is assigned to a zone. The prices within the zone are calculated according to weight, with the postage service used being determined by the value and weight of the order.
Prices shown in the table below include VAT at 20% for EU destinations. Please note that if you are outside the European Union, you are responsible for paying any import duties which may be charged by your country's Customs.

For orders weighing over 2 kilos, we use ParcelForce. The correct prices are set up in our checkout (you can use the "Get Estimate" button to see), but it differs for each country, so a table showing them would be huge.
There are a few countries (notably Italy and Canada) where we have had major problems with deliveries by post. For those countries, all deliveries are by ParcelForce, to avoid costing us money and disappointing you !
